Agenda for Sunday
Hello All!
On Sunday we will discuss the following:
- Purpose of the meeting
- The process of setting up a co-operative
- Values and mission of the HUB Helsinki co-operative; including member criteria, process of becoming a member, price, what it entails etc.
- Governance model and roles of the board members
- Teams that work with, and in support of, the board
- Plan for 2010 and the first co-operative member meeting in 2011
- Anything that has been left out in items 1-6 but feels important.
What should emerge from the meeting is a clear and concise team of individuals that are taking things forward as planned in the meeting. The overall purpose of this acitivity is to create a place that is open to everyone that is interested in solving local and global problems, and social innovations, and a fun place to work!
